Describe the procedure to follow if you want to raise a grievance at work you may describe this in writing or produce a flow chart or diagram The grievance should be raised in writing with my immediate superior. On receipt of such a letter the Manager will call a meeting within 7 days of receipt of the letter. I will have the right to be accompanied by an elected representative of my choice. If the matter is not resolved at such a meeting, a further meeting will be arranged with me, my elected representative and the General Manager.
