REFUND POLICY:
Any cancellations and changes must be notified a minimum of 10 business days prior to the test date. You will be charged a $25 CAD administration fee once an application has been processed.
If you cancel or change your test date with less than 10 business days notice, all fees will not be transferable or refundable. Please notify our office by phone, fax, or email prior to your test date if you wish to cancel or change.
