According to Borneo Post (2013), there are 6,000 of graduates will trained by Talent Corp Malaysia Berhad through a bridging programmed under the Graduate Employability Blueprint in order to support the graduates to find right and fitting employment. Government has launched a “Graduate Employability Blueprint” in end year of 2012. In year 2011, the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop had said that the Talent Corp had trained 1,000 people of graduates and this number had increased to 2,000 in last year. This is one of the government’s efforts in order to strengthen the employability of graduates from higher institutions of learning under Talent Corp and also the 1Malaysia Training Scheme (SL1M). The implementation of the SL1M program was first launched in 1st June 2011. The Malaysian government had taken several initiatives to produce more talent in the labor market. For example, in 28 September 2012, the Prime Minister had recognized “Strengthening Education and Training‟ as one of the key focus area during his 2013 Budget speech (2013 Budget Commentary & Tax Information, 2012). There are more than 9,000 graduates had been successfully placed in participating companies under their corporate social responsibility through 1Malaysia Training Scheme (SL1M).
