Career Path Option 1: Lawyer. Career Category: Enterprising.

Job Description - Lawyers can specialize in a variety of different areas including Bankruptcy, International, Environmental or Corporate Law. Lawyers can also work in a specialized fields, a sizable number of lawyers work for the government at every level.

Requirements - A bachelor 's degree is the minimum formal education required. Many require graduate school. May require a Master 's Degree, and Some require a Ph.D., M.D., or J.D. Extensive skill, knowledge, and experience are needed for these occupations.

Salary | Benefits - Lawyers earned a median salary of $113,530. The best-paid earned more than $187,999. While the lowest paid made approximately $54,310. Benefits Include are 401(k) Plan, Up to 12 weeks Disability/Parental Leave, Long Term Disability Insurance and Ten Paid Holidays per year.

Advancement Opportunities - Typically begins his or her career as an associate of a law firm. After spending several years working with more seasoned attorneys, he or she may become a partner in the firm. Some experienced lawyers become judges, while others join law school faculties.

Job Description - High school teachers work for schools that enroll students from grades 9-12. They typically instruct students on a single subject, such as English, math, science, history, language or art.

Requirements - Public high school teachers must obtain a bachelor 's degree. While in college, high school teachers may participate in a teacher
