Speaking of supermarket, we talk about traditional supermarket first. Traditional supermarket is made up of many shops of unit which area is large, products are completes. With the improvement of standard of living, people’s requirements are higher and higher. Traditional supermarkets are not able to satisfy their requirements. So they try some new ways to shop. That is, online supermarket. In another way, it is called in-house supermarket. In-house supermarket is similarly with traditional shop, the difference is that the procedure of in-house supermarket which from purchasing to selling using e-commerce methods. Consequently reduce the price of transporting and supplying. It is going to increase GDP and advance economy development. From this business plan, we will show you how we run our business and make it successful.

The main purpose of a company is to take money from investors. Of course our company is not an exception as well. To corner online shopping markets of Asian countries within 20 years is our main purpose. Our service quality may change the world. To organize the world’s information and making it is universal and useful.

At present, most people buy daily supplies at entity supermarket. Whether let these people buy our products or not once these people notice that to try our service is much convenient than buying in traditional shop. People decide after experiencing. At the same time we promote our products on the internet and advertise our branding.
Company is built up by the reasons of people demands is high. Currently the rate of people who are able to use computer in Singapore is more than 78% (IDA). Our sales centre has a bran-new system to record regular guests are used to buy items from us. Staffs in this department are able to keep customers’ requirements and keep in touch with associations. Make sure they supply stuffs punctually. They also use computer and mobile to advise our brand. As much as possible to make maximum profit for company. They have to make new strategies nonscheduled so we may have new opportunities to beat our competitors.

Staffs keep in touch with suppliers frequently make sure our storage is enough items. And staff must be familiar with map so can deliver items to customers punctually.
