FİRST CHAPTER Many new or succesful business want to improve their facilities and they think every way from the war which is lawful. The business and many companies want to earning easily or want much earning than past.This situation will be able to the many doing choice by the business life. First of all, Company seek to grow but many barriers and block in there, but company or leadership should solve this problem for the grow in their job and for the establisment of planning growth some stages must use to by companies. many ''grow model '' an analytic framework thus describes the stages that business pass through as they evolve . The first one is evoluation and revolution: The Greiner model.
This model found by Larry E. Greiner who is Professor of Management and Organisation at the marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. This model is still in common use. İt tell about five phases of growth thought which is business pass. These are :
Creativity , Direction , Delegation , Co-ordination and Collaboration.
İf the company uses this phases, it would be growth or starting growth process. İf the company understand the phases which are what doing in business life , they survive and than growth. The second model is small business growth: The Churchill model
This model found by Neil Churchill who is Emeritus Professor of Entrepreneurship at İNSEAD in France. His five stages of small Business Growth was firstly starting by:
Existence , Survival, Success. Take-off and Resource-maturity. İf the company use of this object They achieve the personal goals, operational goals , management abilities and strategic abilities.
SECOND CHAPTER The second chapter about is growth enablers and drivers.
