that can be viewed as an evolution of classic VISUAL BASIC 6.0 implemented in a NET FRAME WORK  Despite that there are alike with VB 6.0 it is an INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT (IDE) which requires the use of the NET FRAMEWORK
