Short-Term Goal
What is your short-term goal?
My short-term goal is to obtain a position as an SIU investigator with my current employer.

Is this goal specific?

Yes. It will allow me to build my skill set and gain experience with specialized investigations.
How can you measure this goal?
I can measure this goal by ensuring my individual development performance at work exceeds company standards.

Is this goal attainable?
Yes.

Is this goal realistic?
I believe it is. Even though I would be the first in my region to apply for this position, this makes it all the more challenging and exciting for me at this stage in my life.
When do you plan to complete this goal?

In twelve months. I would be more confident in applying for this position with one year of college completed in addition to my years with the company. At least I would know what the expectations are for this position.

Intermediate Goal
What is your intermediate goal?

My intermediate goal is to become a Public Assistance Investigator.
Is this goal specific?
Yes. It will allow me to strengthen my skill set and gain experience with fraud investigations.

How can you measure this goal?
I can measure this goal by continuing my individual development performance and in addition have a reliable network in place to help guide in the correct career path.

Is this goal attainable?
Yes.

Is this goal realistic?
Yes. I prefer to have my degree and at least one year of specialized investigations on my resume.

When do you plan to complete this goal?

My plan for this goal would be 2017.
