——at the top of the paper.
——include the name、mark、address; phone number; fax number etc. 二、Date
——below the Heading(in one line).
——type DD MM YY or MM DD, YY
Example: 9 October 2003 (Europe).

三、Inside Name & Address
——below the Date.
——include the name and address of the recipient. 1、the name of the person or company
e.g. Mr. Thomas Witter, Manager (person)

2 、the courtesy title of the name
male: Mr. Or Messrs.(plural of Mr.)
female unmarried: Miss
Madam or Mmes.(plural)
——when the company is named after a person or more persons, we add “Messrs” before the name of the company. e.g. Messrs. Smith Brothers Co.
