PREFACE
This project documentation has been prepared to give idea to all the readers who want to have knowledge about how an information system operates on a certain type of transaction. An information system has been created for the HRMO of the Municipality of Guimba, Nueva Ecija to provide solutions and offer more reliable and efficient way of managing the office’s daily transactions. The study will change the process of transactions.
The significance of the study covers to understand and provide a result suitable for the HRMO (Human Resource Municipal Office) of the Municipality.

INTRODUCTION Payroll System is an important application that should be used by business of any transactions. This system is a guaranteed way to make sure that the payroll is done on time and in agreement with all the taxing authorities and the salary of the employee. Payroll systems are simple to use and easily affordable. These systems can be programmed to calculate taxes and deductions of each employee’s to specific area. Most systems have a database that can be accessed for updating. Payroll system can also help the business owner to calculate the taxes obliged by the government at the end of quarter. Failure of submitting the correct taxes each quarter is one reason why business owners find themselves in trouble. Nowadays, all establishments are becoming modernized. They use modern technologies to make their transactions fast, easy and accurate in order to avoid waste of time and for the sake of safety and security. Payroll is an example of a complex transaction which is critical business operation dealing with confidential files. It also helps human to solve and understand complex problem and analysis such as the computational need of humans, especially in business establishments.
