This document outlines the assessment requirements for the unit BSBMGT402A – Implement operational plan.

To receive a statement of attainment for the unit BSBMGT402A you must meet the evidence requirements for the unit. This includes evidence that you:

• Identifying resource requirements and key performance indicators • Acquiring resources required to implement the operational plan • Monitoring operational performance

Assessment tasks
The assessment is divided into the six assessment tasks described below.
In most cases, completion of all assessment tasks, in accordance with the instructions provided, should be sufficient for you to gain a statement of attainment for the unit. Your assessor will advise you if there are any additional evidence requirements that need to be met.
The assessment tasks are:
➢ Assessment Task 1 – On-course assessment questionnaire
➢ Assessment Task 2 – Employee recruitment and induction
➢ Assessment Task 3 – Resource acquisition
➢ Assessment Task 4 – Plan operations
➢ Assessment Task 5 – Monitor and review operations
➢ Assessment Task 6 – Third party report
