For this task you will need to research a community services organisation that provides services to the community and uses one or more of the models of service delivery listed below.

Answer the following questions from your research:
1. What is the name of the community service organisation?
2. What is the purpose of this organisation?
3. Identify one of the models of service delivery in this organisation.
4. Describe this model of service delivery within the organisation.
5. What target group does the organisation provide services to?
6. Describe how the organisation demonstrates the principles of access and equity in relation to the target group.
7. Discuss two policies or procedures that employees within the organisation must follow.
8. Discuss one current issue in the community services industry that is impacting on this organisation, e.g. reduced government funding.
