Assigned Cases:
 Case 11: Gap Inc.
 Case 16: Sara Lee Corporation

What to Expect:

 You will be required to read two assigned case studies.
 The questions will be similar to the case study analysis questions you have experienced during the course term.
 There will be four questions regarding the case to be answered completely.
 There will be three additional essay questions on strategy concepts we studied in the course.
 Between the case analysis questions and additional essay questions, all TCOs in the class will be covered.
 You have three hours and 30 minutes to complete the Exam.
 Responses should be at least 150 words to be considered complete.

 Your grade will be based on your ability to analyze and synthesize the problem case and deliver a thorough and detailed response in relation to the TCOs in this course.
 Your grade will be considered on your ability to use critical thinking skills and demonstrate your ability to make sound business decisions.
 Your grade will be based on your ability to describe responses from a strategic managerial perspective.
 Your grade will also be based on the degree to which you demonstrate an understanding of the key concepts involved in strategic management and embodied in the course TCOs.

 It will be helpful to review the Guide to Case Study Analysis document prior to taking the Exam.
 It will be helpful to review the course TCOs and the online lectures prior to taking the Exam. COURSE TCOs A Given a specific industry and competitive environment, develop or critique a firm's mission, vision, and objectives.
B Given a case situation or competitive setting, prepare an industry, company, and competitive analysis for the firm.
C Given a firm's mission, vision, and company and industry situation, compare the pros and cons of various strategies and recommend a strategic approach that appears to best match the company's current
