I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Hoang Quan Consulting Trading Service Real Estate Corporation is a Shareholding company which has six subsidiary companies in a various business sectors. However, the major sector is still Real Estate with more than 500 employees. Additionally, the company has 10 Real Estate Trading Centers in Vietnam and representative offices in foreign countries. Hoang Quan Corporation also listed in HOSE stock market (the security code is HQC). The performance of Hoang Quan Corporation is generally good although the real estate market has been fraught with many difficulties currently. During 12 years, the extremely thorn beginning but not the least opportunities, the company always try to maintain the culture which is “Knowledge, Creativeness, Pioneer” to make big steps and become a strong enterprise in Vietnam. Nowadays, the company’s trend is investing and developing into real estate, finance and education. Moreover, Hoang Quan also joins in new business sectors such as agricultural products
