Introduction:
On one golden morning at the beginning of Civilization, the world has seen a new kind of multicellular organism, which as time has flown by, has captured almost all the natural forces to be controlled showing the best cerebral development in the Animal kingdom. But the best of their creation among these inventions is – the invention of “one multitasking machine” which is not an organism but a communicable device –“Computer”. The day from when they become able to communicate with this unanimated objects verbally like- “Add two and two” etc. the door of the programming has opened. Thus, next era of civilization has begun.
ICT:
The illustration of ICT is –Information and Communication Technology
The term “ICT” refers to the integrated telecommunication system which consists of computers and other electronic and electrical communication devices to be used as the access point to the information for the users which enables them not only to send and receive information but to store, transmit and manipulate them. It is referred as IT in short term.
Creation of the Term:
According to Wikipedia, the phrase ICT is being used by researchers since 1980’s.
Changes ICT has done all over World:
Since, the internet is invented in lab, it has been creating changes all over the world in every aspect ranging from socio-political to education sector. It has started to create the change in the psychological setup all over the world.
Though, “Globalization” can be seen all over the world since ancient international business has begun. But “education for all” and “Globalization” along with the steps to “establish the Basic Human Rights for all” has facilitated the access to the Internet and ICT much more than ever before.
