I. INTRODUCTION
We students want a high quality of education. And so the environment matter most to us especially on our study. To know what are the factors affect students performances we conduct a survey for 30 engineering students and asked them what are the factors that will make them more interested here in Rizal Technological University. Organization is one of the factors affect us as a student because this thing may help us be more active and be more responsible. The Professors who have different characters, this will also affects the performance of a student’s whether a strict professor or the cool one is more effective in getting students interest to listen. The tools and equipments do also matters because this will make their study way easier and way better. Well though, there are some schools that have a good quality of education yet the performances of their students are still unimpressive. They must have a reason why, but this study aims to know whether thing really matters to performance of the students here in RTU. That mean, the better quality of education that school can offer the better grade students can have in return. Further to that, the group will analyze the performance of a school having a good quality education than those who don’t.

II. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEMS

1. Does the tools and equipment in school have an effect on the performance of the students? 2. Is there some difference in the performance of the students between high quality educations than the performance of the students from lower quality education? 3. Is there any difference in the performance of those who join in the organizations than those who don’t? 4. Do those who have qualified professors have a bigger chance to get a good performance of the students in return than those who don’t? 5. Do students be found that having all those factors have an effect on the studies of the Engineering students in the RTU?

III. METHOD
A. Procedure

Proposal was presented and passed to the professor for approval and recommendations. The group thought this idea to consider what things affect the learning of students, its relation to the class and to understand we both student The topic was approved but suggested to change the title and ask what else can be consider further to that topic. We asked our co-groups suggestions about the other things that are related to our topic. For instance, we thought a more appropriate title. And some questions are been revised. We gathered data by means of surveying from 30 engineering students here in RTU. After we gathered all the data, we tally all the results.

The data has been reviewed and finalized.
A PowerPoint presentation has been created as for our last presentation.
