If you have questions as you are writing the examination, please let me know. Do NOT ask your peers as it is a form of cheating and will be graded accordingly. Please also note that if I cannot read your responses (grammatical, spelling errors…), you will not receive credit for them. The exam has three parts explained below. Point values are provided with each question. You are required to answer all questions. Total Points = 100.

Part 1. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and Short Essays - 30 points total Select the best answer for the MCQ and write a minimum of two full sentences for the short essays questions. (2points each)

Part 2. Logical Database Design - 35points total
Convert an ERD into data structures.
(Specify tables, primary keys, and foreign keys and handle many-to-many relationships and normalization.)

Part 3. Hands on SQL Programming: Data Manipulation and Querying – 35 points total
Log into SQL server, then to the sample database (Adventure Works) and run the appropriate queries. Make sure of correct spelling of fields and keywords are not missing (SELECT, FROM …)
