Pre-start checks:
Checks the availability of plant and equipment to be used; ground conditions; and proximity hazards. Ensure the excavation area has been checked for overhead and underground services prior to the commencement of work. Description of the contract:

1.Excavation of trenches and casting of concrete ground beams as per drawing 2. Casting of concrete floor slab as per drawing (detail and information on the size, thickness and etc. is taken from the structure drawings) Sequence of work:

a) Ground Beam
1. Excavate trench to receive ground beam by labors. Remove excavated material from site by dumper. 2. Separate and level lean concrete Gr. 15 to receive beam
3. Install formwork as per working drawing including all necessary work 4. Erect and fix reinforcement bars Y12 to the installed ground beam’s formwork 5. Pour and spread the ready mixed concrete Gr. 30 directly into the trenches via the chutes on the mixer truck. The ready mixed concrete is supplied by a local ready mixed concrete supplier. 6. Cover the finished concrete surface by wet sacks and left them for 14 days for curing process 7. Remove and dismantle formwork from the ground beam by labors

b) Floor Slab
1. Place, spread, compact and level the clean broken granular hardcore to receive sand blinding 2. Place, spread, compact and level sand blinding to receive damp proof membrane...
