Title: The Case of Modular Cubicle

In this case Newly Declared President of Concrete Work Inc. (CWI) was MR. Tan Tin Chin. Who have to faces difficulties and lot of anomaly going on inside the company. In his first line of authority he ask MR. George Chan to remove all Modular cubicle, the walls will be replaces and by a glass and tear down all the planter’s and replace them with wooden cabinets for the files.
For his second act I proposed that a Total Quality Management (TQM) Department must be created. The department will report directly to the President. Compose of one QMS Manager in which, one Supervisor for Internal Audit and one for external Audit. The internal Auditors will be in charge for internal audit inside the company and the external auditor is for costumer’s complaints, both of them have 4 QA staff. This will be an in house Auditor wherein they will be conducting an equal auditing and report to all the companies’ transaction. Every finding will be discussed with the auditee and their head, report all findings to the upper management team. This may undergo hiring process or selection from the existing pool of talents within the company. For the third act formulation of Policies and procedures, a guideline wherein there will be restrictions and chain of command will be implemented for all transactions. In which failure to do so may be penalized or be terminated. Such as Approving Authority policy, Procurement Policy, Code of conducts, ethics, Sales and Commissions, Liquidation, Collection, Assets, Disciplinary Actions, Sexual Harassment and etc. ,. Create a standard for office management such as 5s. All of this will be under TQM Department. For the fourth act required all Department Managers and Operations Managers, report all their Performance quarterly to upper management or called a Quarterly Management Review. Every midyear BOD and
