A CEO is the face of their organization and is generally the person responsible for leading the company, managing the employees, communicating to the public and stakeholders, as well as acting as the primary decision maker for the company. I liked the case number 8: The temptations of Temping. As I am an international student that came in U.S only 3 years ago I think that going through the surveys and the examples that were given in the closing case about temp to permanent jobs was a very interesting case to talk about. Also it gave me a better idea of all the pro and cons about a kind of job one is doing either perm, or temporary. I believe that every one of us has a job either part of full time it doesn’t make a big difference, but to get into a full time position first some are required to learn how everything works and this can be done by temporary job position, so later we cannot just have references, but also experience for the next position we applying for. And this can help by making our work easier and by taking less time on learning how to deal with new technology and staff.…

    | * The stakeholder of the body shop employees can work with different stakeholder like customer because employees are people who is hired to provide services to a company and customers are people that buy goods or service from a business, this mean that they can work together by the employees providing a good service to the business that the customer can take the good service from the business. The common interest that the two stakeholder have on the business is that they both deal with service like the customer buy the service from the business and the employees provide service for the business and also the oppose interest that the two stakeholder have is that the employees work for the business and the customer are the one that get thing from business. * The influence that the employees have on the business is lower than customer which is high because employees just work for business and they do not make the business to make profits or increase sale, then the way customer buy things from business which can make the business increase sale and profit and also grow. In my opinion I think that employees I have a big role in the business because if there was not employees who will be able to talk to customer if the customer need help and also this is because without employees the manager will be by his/her also doing everything by his/her self because there is no one there to help him/her. On the other hand some people may think that employees is not a good influence on the business the body shop because if the business is a sole trade the manager will not be able to pay the employees and have to always check if something is being done wrong so that you can tell the employees to done it right.…

Pricing Concepts Assignments AnswersBelow are listed the answers to the assignments available within the student view:1. Why is merchandise so important to a Premier League soccer club? Why do clubs go into retailing and mail-order when their core business is football?Answer: It is important because: * it generates extra revenue over and above gate receipts, television rights, etc. * there are particularly high margins to be earned easily * fans are willing to buy and to pay premium prices for something tangible connected with the club * buying from the club's own retail outlet, catalogue or e-tail store reinforces the connection * it helps to reinforce fan loyalty * it involves fans who cannot afford to go to matches or who live too far away * clubs spend a lot of money establishing their brand names and it is a natural marketing decision (as with any other big name brand) to want to extend it beyond the core product and capitalise on its investment and success.Clubs have gone into retailing and mail-order because: * There is a serious market for their merchandise so why shouldn't the clubs get directly involved rather than letting other intermediaries have it all? * Premiership clubs have strong brand names in their own right and a retail/mail-order operation is entirely consistent with their core business as the merchandise forms part of the brand, allowing the fans to feel they are sharing a little piece of the club's success. It all helps to extends the total brand experience from the pitch to the home. * Clubs can source and stock a much wider range of club-specific merchandise in their own outlets than a more general intermediary could/would.2. What do you think are the internal factors influencing a club like Manchester United's pricing decision for replica kit?Answer: Internal factors: * Organisational and marketing objectives: the need to * meet and defend specified sales volume and market share targets * achieve growth…

The transfer or selling of state owned assets to the private sector or owners have brought an added advantage to several entrepreneurs within different industries. Governments reduce the level of competition between the private and public owned businesses by removing or reducing statutory restrictions (Sheshinski and López-Calva, 2010). This has since been implemented by governments after the initiative by the international finance community. The community pushed for this under the structural adjustment programs and the community includes players such as the World Bank and others (Addison, T. and L. Demery. 2009).This enables the cutting of costs for the government and therefore will bring up the downsizing of taxes for the citizens which promotes balanced government budgets. This has in a way given the potential customers the buying power to purchase the mealie meal produced by Realing enterprises due to their residual income which will be higher (Mintz, 2008).…
