3.1 What are the technical descriptions of the products or services? The proposed product is called “Micro Bignay Wine”.
The product is a fruit wine made out of bignay fruit, yeast and sugar. Through the fermentation yeast serves as the catalyst that changes the sugar into alcohol. Bignay has its health benefits. It is rich in anti – oxidants and anti – carcinogenic properties. It is highly nutritious and has a number of medicinal properties. Wine is also a part of relaxation and enjoyment with friends; it can be also a gift and pasalubong. The most interesting is that drinking bignay is said to reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease due to its anti – oxidant properties. Studies that one must drink wine moderately for the beneficial effects that lead to an a active life. The product is cheaper compared to other wine so the users will find it affordable and beneficial for them. People ages 18 – 65 years old are the main users of the product.

What is the composition or physical properties of the product / services to be offered? The product micro bignay wine is a fruit made out of bignay, sugar and yeast serves as catalyst in changing the sugar into alcohol. Micro bignay wine is pink red in color end contain anti – oxidant and catechin, proyanidins B1 and B2. The product will attractively labelled “ MICRO BIGNAY WINE” and it will bottled in 350ml. other highlights will be included such as name of producer, nutrition facts, net weights and ingredients. The composition of bignay is shown in table.
