Next is a UK retailer offering exciting beautiful designs with high quality fashion and accessories for men, women, and children also with a full range of home ware.
Using social media
Companies can reach out to their customers using social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, twitter etc. they post promotions and sales so that customers know what is available to them. Complains and customer enquiries can be dealt with online to make things easier.
The company
The company was founded in 1864 by J. Hepworth and sons under the name gentleman’s tailors, they also added home interior and children’s wear and became a full line lifestyle brand. Since 2001 Next has provided its customers with next day delivery as standard on most home shopping orders.
Next uses marketing mix for its marketing strategies which consists of the 4 p’s product, price, place, promotion
E-commerce
There are various ways as to which a customer can maximise their savings by using comparison websites.
There are also many websites offering online discounts such as voucher codes offering up to 50% off or free delivery.
Recommendations
We recommend that by increasing visibility like adding more pop up on the net while shoppers are shopping, this will grab the attention of the shoppers and customers can view what is on offer easily. Also by bringing in celebrity faces to represent the company.

Conclusion
In conclusion next is one of the best retailers that uses social media networks to attract their customers and to cattier to their needs. By communicating with their customers online they are able to produce and provide the best quality available to them.
