Growing up, Jonathan was around computers constantly. He could build his own by the time he was in high school. He would always fix the family computer (that he built) whenever it gave us problems. “J” as Jonathan was known for that nickname by the majority of the family, was lucky to get a job right out of high school. In school, J took cisco classes at the vocational school during half of the school day, the other half; he would travel back to the high school by bus to attend his core classes. After high school Jonathan was offered a job at Professional Network Services otherwise known as PNS. He commuted from Altavista to Roanoke for work for two years! Jonathan has always been a big Apple fan. Whenever Apple releases a new product, Jonathan usually has it that day. Not only did I look up to Jonathan because he was older than me, but whenever I saw him working on a computer, I thought that was the coolest thing in the world.
