What, in your view, are the two most important messages delivered in the film Wall-E, and what are some of the ways they are they presented?
The movie Wall-E was realised June 27, 2008and directed by Andrew Stanton and produced by Jim Morris. Wall-E is a heart-warming Dystopian based film set seven hundred years in the future Wall-E a small waste collecting robot inadvertently embarks on a space journey that will ultimately decide the fate of mankind as well as re connecting with his true love eve also a robot sent to earth to determine if life is safe for human kind .In this reflection I will discuss what I think are the main messages in the movie Wall-E. Firstly how technology can be unpredictable and dangerous. And secondly how companionship is an important part of being happy.
The main message in the movie wall-E is how technology can be unpredictable and the dangerous. In the film Wall-E earths is unsafe for mankind to live on everyone has been in space for over 700 years and all humans are mechanically controlled no one has any intermediate commutation as life is in a chair ,food in a cup and Communication is on a computer screen .life in space is overrun with obesity and the average life span has risen to 150 years plus as there was no need for anyone to age. This message in the movie shows that technology can be good for example Eve discovering life one earth but it can also be a dangerous and uncontrollable such as auto pilot. Technology can enrich our lives but can also over power and make us very lazy which was demonstrated in the film.
The movie showed that companion ship is a big part of being happy. The movie Wall-E is a great example of showing that everyone needs companion ship. Wall-E and Eve meeting shows how having company can make someone truly happy. Wall-E Going to the limits to stay with is true love that he had such great emotions for each other for was in trouble wall-E would wait in whatever conditions storms and even when she is taken back to space he stayed with her.
