B. Write the equation in standard form.

C. Write the equation in slope-intercept form.
(1,4): 4=3(1)+1 or 4=3+1
(0,1): 1=3(0)+1 or1=0+1

2. Write an equation for the line perpendicular to 5x − 4y = 10 and passes through the point
(−1, −6) IN SLOPE –INTERCEPT FORM. (6 points)

7. At Taco Heaven, Henry bought 3 tacos and 2 burritos for $3.85. Hester bought 3 burritos and 2 tacos for $4.05. How much does each taco and each burrito cost?

A. Define variables for the unknowns. (1 point) x=tacos, y=burritos
B. Write a system of equations to model the problem. (4 points)
3x+2y=3.85
2x+3y=4.05
C. Solve the system. (3 points)

At Taco Heaven, Tacos cost $0.69 and burritos cost $0.89.
