“Gabriel, Gabriel, where are you?”, Jonas said as he ran his hands over his eyes trying to open them. He was lying in a room looking around, and he realized that he could see all the colors. He had no idea that how long he had been sleeping. His last memory was that he was with Gabriel freezing cold while he could hear the soft music. “He is fine, he is sleeping in the other room”, said a blonde woman with blue eyes and dressed differently, than people in his memories. She wore a shirt and trousers.
“This is elsewhere?” Jonas asked confused.
“You’re safe that's what matters”, said the blonde woman. “My name is Eva. We found you in the snow almost ready to freeze. One of us heard the cries for help. It is the first time someone came here since the community separated. How did you to escape?”. “Well, my community is difficult to explain; things are not as I would like than to be. I had a job there”, said Jonas.
“I know who you are”, Eva said. Jonas frowned trying to understand how she knew who he was.
She continued to explain, “We know all the communities that the Capitol has created. We have access to each of them. Here, everyone knows who you are and the Capitol is angry with you for what you did. They want to find you and punish you. They know that you are different, but do not worry, you are safe here. Nobody will say anything”.
Jonas was confused, trying to understand how she knew everything. How did she know who he was and who was the Capitol.
The women continued to explain, “ten years ago when the girl’s memories were released, that was chaos. People were in shock, some were brave, others wept, and others did not understand all the feelings. At that time, the Capitol went to the community and erased people’s memories. The Capitol decided that if something like this happened again, the person would be
