Rice: My Rice Story
Rice Story The most popular type of rice in my culture is called biryani. It is usually very spicy and can contain any type of meat. The ingredients needed to make chicken biryani are:
• Rice – 2 cups
• Chicken – 2 pounds
• Potatoes – 3
• Tomatoes – 2-3
• Ginger and garlic paste – 2 tablespoons
• Green chilies – 2-3
• Cinnamon stick – 1
• Vegetable Oil – ½ cup
• Red chili pepper – 1 tablespoon
• Turmeric – ½ teaspoon
• Salt – 1 tablespoon
• Cloves – 3
• Black Cardamom – 2
• Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
• Lemon Juice – 2 tablespoons
• Yogurt – ½ cup
To cook biryani, first you need to soak the rice in water for 30 minutes, and then boil them in water. Add ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds in the water while the rice is boiling.

Cricket is a game that involves two teams with 11 players on each side. The captain who wins the toss decides whether his team bats or bowls first. If they bat first, their aim is to score a lot of runs and make sure the other team does not reach that score. Usually, my family and I are always busy and never get time to sit together and have a family time. However, during big cricket games, we find time to be together and enjoy a match of cricket.
