I was put in charge of organizing a corporate event for the Phoenix Emergency Dental Pros. I took this as a huge show of trust in my abilities by the management of above and beyond LI. I set up a team to ensure that every end of this event was properly covered. Our excellence shone through like a million stars as planning was put in top gear. We knew that it was going to be a program that would showcase our expertise to every emergency dentist that would be attending.…

The first would be my administrative tasks as a Resident Assistant. I consistently turned in papers, forms, and completed task on time or before the deadline. This also included emailing and updating my supervisor about any resident conflicts or situations that occurred. I feel that this is an accomplishment because I was able to keep the line of communication open to my supervisor and ensured that all information was given in a timely manner. Another accomplishment I achieved over the past semester was being flexible to my other Resident Assistants. There were many times when last minute another Resident Assistant needed to switch duty days or had an emergency situation and I was able to cover for them. For example, during the semester one Resident Assistant needed to go to the hospital last minute and needed someone to cover. Despite it being last minute and on a Friday night, I was able to take the duty day. This is an accomplishment because I felt like I was a vital member of the team and that people could rely on me to step up to the plate when need…

Whether the association is that of an employee and an employer, a buyer and a seller, or even a manager and an investor, each relationship has common business ideas and common human needs. Sometimes companies get so caught up in the business ideas that the human needs become null. However, the most successful companies are the ones who are able to excel at both the business practices as well the care of their employees. So what defines a "great" place to work? Is it the business with the most elaborate holiday parties, the one with the highest paid employees, or perhaps is it the business that places value in the intangibles, such as trust, communication, and strong leadership? To define the traits of a positive work environment, we will examine the Great Place to Work website, who every year, partners with 5,000 plus companies and conducts a survey to find out exactly what a great workplace means.…
It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. I started a choir at my church, which is still singing today. Another milestone that I had reached in my life was my Eagle Scout Award. I have been a very active scout and will continue to be one. The Boy Scouts of America have given me tools and skills that I will use throughout my life. This past summer I was second in charge of a youth leadership-training course. Which is a weeklong event in which the participants learn extensive leadership skills and advanced scout skills. That course gave me a large amount of first hand teaching and leadership experience. As well as my Eagle Scout project which came out to over forty hours of work time and planning…

1.3 It was a great challenge for me to start my career with such a firm and with such a reputable company. The Firm consists of two main separate departments; one department was responsible for Design of Projects and preparing the tender documents while the other was responsible for the Project’s supervision during execution of works. While working on the project design I had to follow up on the execution of works on site by conducting meetings with different departments.…

I can’t search for the company but I decided to start my on-the-job training at Library Department in STI College Calamba last November 15, 2012. First of all, I’m very much gratified for the support and understanding of my superiors especially on times when I just committed mistakes. More than any learning though in library area, I learned to be with others, to work with one student assistants because S.A. teaches me to do in library. My training supervisor, Mrs. Emabel C.
