“On the job training” why most of the colleges required students for undergone training outside the premises of the school? Training is one of the best ways to bring students to experience the real world. He/she might realize that training enhances their skills and abilities that would probably add to their knowledge, which may use as he/she face the real world, real life and the real job. It is important that student undergone training. Based on my experience at Purple Bug Inc. it is totally different from the life of the students in the school that he/she just entering the classroom, listening to instructors, taking up examination like that you is being prisoner in printed materials. Unlike on my training I apply my knowledge, skills and abilities on the actual performance; it helps the students to improved and gathered information and techniques that can use for their future career/ future job opportunities. During my five hundred (500) hours of on the job training at Purple Bug Inc. I’ve learned a lot. Learn to stand on my own. Always focus on the duties and responsibilities being assigned to you. Learned to be brave and learned to believe with your own skills, knowledge and abilities. I learned how to act professionally to present my assigned projects in front of my supervisor. Being assigned in that position is not easy as what I think, because we all know that being a web programmer and graphic designer is not an easy job to design what client needs, give an artistic look and also it will entice customers. Real states, clothing companies, banks and hospitals I made 1 website each of these industries I realize every distinct look and information I may contribute to profit these organizations. Office gave me a lot of stress it starts with traffic jam, mrt jam and even people jam but working with cheerful officemates relive me some stress hung up after office at Makati square eating with them and make outing with them. 500 hours contribute a lot on my
