Do you have something that is as valuable as a winning lotto or power ball lottery ticket, or an award that is displayed like it is worth more than an antique that has been appraised for a value that is exponentially more than its original value? I have such a possession that I would like to share with you. I am not going to tell you what it is right away, but I will describe it as best as I can and then reveal its’ beauty later. It is as translucent as water drops that nourishes and fulfills a parched soul and as huge as the findings of a dilapidated sunken pirates ship whose bounty of dablooms and golden treasures covers the sandy floors of murky waters miles below the surface of a blackened sea bed. I cherish this possession for it is as mighty as the steel hammer of the immortal Greek God Thor and all of his mighty powers. April 11, 1965, my cherished possession began its formation. For nine months, it was housed in a bladder and carried about in its comforting chariot and cared for as if it was a prince clothed and born to royalty. As I became older, wiser, and much more mature, my cherished possession became as visible and vibrant as the stars of Orion. My cherished possession, “my personality” came to light. My possession emerged from a seedling nurtured with love, respect and fed bountifully with gifts of kindness and knowledge. It stands as erect as many of tall buildings aligned upwards rocketing towards the moon. My cherished possession is as powerful as an army of warriors geared and ready for battle. This cherished possession allows me to walk gracefully and share with the world the teachings of kindness, love, honor, trust, and the longing to help others whenever and wherever possible that my queen Carol Marie Brown instilled in its’ formation. Most of all, my cherished possession, “my personality” is one of a kind and belongs to me, Bernard Brown Jr. I was given this cherished possession to share with the world
