A Letter from Heaven
To my dearest family and friends
Some things I’d like to say,
But first of all, to let you know
That I arrived O.K.
I’m writing this from heaven
Here I dwell with god above,
There are no tears of sadness,
There is just eternal love!
Please do not be unhappy
Just because I’m out of sight,
Remember I am with you
Every morning, noon and night!
That Sunday I had to leave you
When my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me
And he said, “I WELCOME YOU!”
“It’s good to have you back again,
You were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family and friends, they’ll be her later on.”
“I need you here so badly, you are a part of my plan,
There is so much that we can do
To help our mortal man!”
God gave me a list of things
That he wished for me to do,
And foremost on the list
Was to watch and care for you!
And when you lie in bed tonight,
The day’s chores put to flight
God and I are closest to you
In the middle of the night!
When you think of my life on earth
And all those loving years,
Because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears
But do not be afraid to cry,
It does relive the pain,
Remember, there would be no flowers
Unless there was some rain
I wish that I could tell you
All that god has planned,
If I were to tell you
You wouldn’t understand
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o’er
I’m closer to you now than I ever was before
There are rocky roads ahead of you,
And many hills to climb,
But together we can do it,
By taking
ONE DAY AT A TIME!
It was always my philosophy and id like it for you, too
That as you give unto the world
The world will give to you
If you can help somebody who is in sorrow
And in pain,
Then you can say to god at night………
My day was not in vain!
And now I am contented that my life was worthwhile,
Knowing that as I passed along the way,
I made somebody smile
So if you meet somebody who is sad and

I have attached a copy of the “approved” referral list – if a referral is highlighted in yellow on this list then more info is needed. i.e – Plumber – Plumbing Company – Plumbers Name; Insurance – Insurance Company – Agents Name; ect. I did give Carrie W. a copy of this with all this info, just not sure what she did with it. I believe we need to try and get as much info for the customer upfront without being overbearing. I think there can be a tactful way to ask these questions! What is important to me to see on a lead sheet is the referral source and insurance agent info. (I would also like to have a copy of every lead sheet if you can make it happen!!!)…

Greg Critser lives in Pasadena, California, and writes regularly for USA Today and the Los Angeles Times on issues of nutrition, health, and medicine. An authority on the subject of food politics, Critser has been interviewed by PBS and other media, and his writing on obesity earned him a James Beard nomination for best feature writing in 1999. Embarrassed by a passing motorist who shouted "Watch it, fatso," Critser went on a diet and lost forty pounds. In the process he discovered that in America, weight is a class issue—fat and poor often go together. In exposing the heavy truths about American obesity, Critser gives our bloated nation a wake-up call. His books include Fat Land: How Americans Became the Fattest People in the World (2003) and Generation Rx: How Prescription Drugs Are Altering American Lives, Minds, and Bodies (2005).…

Eating Most people do not give this a second thought. It comes as naturally to most people as breathing. For others, however, eating is the source of a severe psychological disorder. This disorder is known as anorexia. According to Harvard’s eating disorder center, one out of every one hundred young women between ten and twenty are starving themselves, 8 million people in the United States suffer from eating disorders , and without treatment the death rate is around 20-30% due to complications from the illness. Anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder that can cause a person to literally “waste away,” in some cases starving to death. They may try to stop eating entirely, exercise excessively, or purge their food by vomiting or misusing laxatives. This disorder is not only limited to teenage girls as many think, some men as well as older women also develop the problem. This is a very dangerous disorder. Today I will talk about the causes and consequences of anorexia. The causes of anorexia are psychological and the consequences are physical and psychological. First let’s look at some of the main causes.…
