1. Describe one academic goal that you have created using the SMART criteria. How do SMART criteria contribute to your academic goals? One academic goal that I have created using the SMART criteria is earning my Associate’s Degree in Foundations of Business with a B average.SMART criteria contributes to my academic goals by helping me improve my studies, to give me time that I need for important events such when it involves my family and friends, and to help me reduce any stress that I may face due to college work or my personal life.

2. Describe one professional/career goal you have created using the SMART criteria and Career Plan Building Activities results. How did the results of the Career Interest Profiler and Career Plan Building Activity on Competencies contribute to your professional goal development?

One professional/career goal that I have created using the SMART criteria and Career Plan Building Activities results is to seek employment to financially support me until I graduate from college. The results of the Career Interest Profiler and Career Plan Building activity on Compentencies contribute to my professional goal development because I am a good communicator. I enjoy teaching or working with other people. I am a good decision maker. I love to work with art such as designs and patterns.

3. Describe the stress and time-management strategies you have learned this week that will help you achieve your goals.
