Audience: people who are interested in eating but fail to distinguish different kinds of restaurants
Purpose: To inform—the classification of restaurant
Thesis: Chinese people classify restaurants into fast food restaurants, Chinese food restaurants, and restaurants with other countries’ styles, due to the tastes of foods, the function of restaurants and the cooking methods of foods.
I. Introduction
A. Get attention: In current society, diets have become increasingly important in people’s daily life.
B. Background: To cater for this trend, more and more styles of restaurants come into people’s sight to arouse attraction.
C. Thesis— Chinese people classify restaurants into fast food restaurants, Chinese food restaurants, and restaurants with other countries’ styles, due to the tastes of foods, the function of restaurants and the cooking methods of foods.

II. Support topic 1: Fast food restaurants are those that offer foods in a short time and customers have to serve themselves on their own there.

III. Support topic 2: Chinese food restaurants are those offer Chinese traditional foods with conventional gastronomy.
A. Much more delicious and suitable for Chinese

IV. Support topic 3: Restaurants with other countries’ styles are those offer different kinds of foods that come from every part of the world.
A. Offer varieties kinds of fancy foods
B. Let customer experience different culture and tastes

V. Conclusion
A. It has been an avoidable trend that all different kinds of restaurants will share the market for the particular features of each style of restaurant.
B. With the improvement of life standard, requirements for diets will continue to rise and new styles of restaurant will burst into people’s sight.
