Haunted houses are one of the most popular stories of all time passed through the generations by generations and have told in many cultures around the world. Haunted houses have captured the imaginations of storytellers, paranormal experts, and scientists. All haunted houses has a story behind it on how it became haunted. The scenes of grizzly murders or tragic deaths are what they usually shows in the movie. A house is haunted if demons or ghosts terrorized the house (Carroll). Ghosts in the house does not like having people live in their house so they do supernatural things to make them move away from the house (Tersigni).
Haunted places have been a part of history since ancient times, though the concrete idea of a ‘haunted house’ original emerged in mid 18th century. Since then, haunted houses have been a central point in many gothic novels and horror films. If someone is willing to believe in haunted houses, there are a lot of history to support those beliefs.
