WHO AM I * I am confident * I am determined * I am willing to do anything * I am intelligent * I am unique * I am strong minded * I am friendly * I am easy to approach * I am happy * I am helpful * I am ME WHO I AM NOT * I am not naive * I am not weak * I am not a pushover * I am not a person that gives into peer pressure * I am not depressed * I am not someone who follows what others say and do

Dear Journal, I am a person who is not weak but instead strong and when people say I cannot achieve something in life my resilience and determination carry me through to the end. In the face of failure I am not a person who will crumble and give up as that is the easy way but instead fight as hard as I can to achieve my goal in life. When people in my life do the wrong thing it is easy to follow in order to be accepted but instead I act against it and my morals say it is wrong and no matter how much they try to make me do it my answer is always no.

Belonging can be defined in many ways as there is no exact meaning, though belonging can be defined as a sense of enlightenment felt when an individual gains an understanding of themselves in relation to others and the world around them. The feeling of belonging does depend on a strong relationship between people that has been developed over a period of time either short or long. This quote means that you have many moments in life that are simply just to take up time and carry one throughout the years but memories are much more important and stay in one’s head forever with no time limit. This quote is significant to the two novels Rush Home Road and Kite Runner because each protagonist has a past that they carry with them throughout their years. Their memories of tragedy are with them forever and there is no way of escaping them permanently. In the novels Rush Home Road by Lori Lansens and Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini, the protagonists, Addy and Amir, are constantly drawn back home by recalling difficult memories, through adoption, and with the idea that they have a mission to complete.…

Independence is my goal as well as coordinating the rights of individuals with the security of the community. I exhibit wisdom in real-world matters and foresight as I act with tolerant self-interest in each circumstance. I would rather characterize myself as a person of moral obligation and word. Once I set my mind on something I always do it. I will keep my promise and find time in my busy schedule even if it detriments my own grades.…

Currently solar energy does not have the same subsidies as fossil fuels. Fossil fuels subsidies are $72 billion and solar energy subsidies are only $1 billion so the majority of the money goes towards fossil fuels. Solar energy having the same profits as fossil fuels is better for everyone. It would improve the overall health of the planet, it would be cheaper and create jobs. Also, I am brave. I am not afraid to show what I know at any moment. Like a lioness who goes out in the wild, not frightened of the future, I am ready to fight any tough situation. Sometimes, an elephant or other large animal comes up to a lioness. Even there, she does not run away, but faces it. Just like that, I don’t turn away from any difficult situation, but accept it. For example, in class, my teacher asked me to perform a dance to show the meaning of Diwali. I was unsure of it but overcame it and told my teacher any day. I went home and practiced and practiced until it was perfect. And I did great!!! I am not afraid of unexpected things, but face them.…
