Having a good healthy well balanced diet plan and exercising daily is the main importance of helping you stay fit and live a healthier and better life. Eating healthy and exercising should be a part of every person’s day to day routine. Adapting to both can things can make a dramatic difference in how you look and feel. It can also prevent many things such as obesity, which is the most common thing that happens when you eat unhealthy every day and not getting enough exercise. The rate of obesity is getting higher each and every day. More people are becoming obese, and it seems like less people are eating healthy and working out. By not working out, your body will not be healthy and you may not have enough energy throughout the day from eating junk food and not working out. Even if you are a small person in general, you may not think you need to eat healthy and exercise, but it is the best way to keep your body fit and healthy at the same time. I am a small person, but I have been trying to eat less servings and less junk food. Working out is a process I am still working on. Since, I have a one year old and I stay at home with him, it is hard to go to the gym by myself. I still try to manage to do small workouts such as ab workouts and squats to tone my body. It is also very important to maintain a healthy diet. Even with proper exercise, an unhealthy diet can cause all the hard work and effort you are putting into your routine to go to waste. Try to eat different types of fruits, vegetables, meats, and a large amount protein. Also stay away from sweets the best you can. You must maintain a healthy balance of food and drink. Make sure to eat at least 3 meals a day, and try drinking at least eight glasses of water each day. If you do not do this, you may find yourself snacking on junk food in-between meals and drinking caffeine drinks which neglects the point of the diet in
