A Case Study Of Charlie Hall's Bedtime Medications
Greetings,

On 8/24/2017, as I was distributing medications to Mr. Robinson, I was informed by Mr. White, at approximately 2:27 pm, that Charlie Hall was out of his bedtime medications. Hopefully, we can do this in a timely manner, because his prescription may not always be available on such short notice at Glenn’s Pharmacy. Therefore, in the future it would be helpful that we all work together to prevent any chances of a resident (s) being without their prescribed medications. However, each Unit was given a medication form that was created by case managers, to help prevent and/or decrease the chances of a resident (s) being without their proper medications, and within our facility 10-day policy and procedures.
