INTRODUCTION
The present world is said to be globalization era. Globalization encompasses varied perspectives from various people of the world. It refers to the global outlook of different nations of the world uniting in terms of economy, education, society, and politics. Globalization empowers a view for the entire world as a whole irrespective of the national identity and brings the people of the whole nations together, by enabling them to communicate and trade, which bring about development. (“The Librarian”, March 21,2o1o).the culture, trade, business, ethics and conducts of one group in one part of the world can influence others (nations), irrespective of time and space and language binding. Therefore the process of globalization is amalgamation of interaction and integration among different groups of people, organizations, and governments of different nations. This communication is supported by advancement of information technology which makes the process to speed up dramatically in the last two decades, and make easier for people to migrate from one place to another and do business internationally. The interaction not only influence people and their welfare in terms of civilization, traditions, political structure financial, growth and affluences but also affects the environment as a whole. Today, nations now formulate policies for open economies both domestically and internationally, with free market economic system which paved way for mounting industrious potentials and creating multitude opening for international trade and investment and opportunity for the foreign markets, factories, production and...
