“A TRIP TO REMEMBER”
On December 15 2011, an incident occurred in hall 14 in which an individual could have been severely injured. My friends and I had been “horsing” around Hall 14 when we certainly got the “ingenious” idea to turn off the bathroom lights. At the moment this seemed like a funny and amusing activity. But little did we know that our fellow neighbors -abiding in this beautiful and extravagant establishment- were using the bathroom for… well you know. Due to our little “stunt” an individual we all know and truly care for. And for this I apologize. I now know my actions were moronically wrong. If the same actions were ever to be replicated in a state by which I was to be harmed, I would be extremely irritated and sad. A great man once said “Mistakes are a part of being human. Appreciate your mistakes for what they are: precious life lessons that can only be learned the hard way.” In this case I learned my lesson the hard way. In order to avoid a situation like this from ever occurring again, I need to occupy myself with something constructive- like maybe reading a “good ole” novel. I truly respect the harmed individual for not trying to start a physical confrontation -even though he physically wasn’t able to at the moment- and for that I hope he receives my apology as nice and sincere and I hope we never have to take a trip down (no pun intended) this issue again.
