• SO INDUSTRIES OF THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO CHOOSE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR THE PROCESS. • THEY SELECT BASED ON CERTIFICATE AND THE PERSON WHO MATCHES INTERVIEWER THOUGHTS.

IN OUR EVALUTION SYSTEM WE SHOULD FOCOUS ON UNDERSTANDING DEPTH KNOWLEDGE NOT THE TIME & SPEED BASED EVALUATION ACCORDING TO ME.

ENGINEERING STUDENT A : I HAVE Forgotten PERIODIC TABLE & for passing exam not required to study again.

Conclusion : Student A has got good marks and Grade than B. Is it our Evolution system is inline with the requirement of productivity growth ?

WHY OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM IS SO ?

• OUR ANCIENT KNOWLEDGE IS VERY STRONG IN WORLD. KNOWLEDGE IS THE BIGGEST PROPERTY OF A NATION. MANY EMPIRES IN HISTORY OF INDIA INCLUDING BRITISH EMPIRE WERE FORCED TO SPOIL OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM. OUR ANCIENT SYSTEM WAS “GURUKUL SHIKSHA” WHICH TEACHES THEORY AND PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE. STUDENTS WERE STAYING IN COTTEGES LEARING FROM NATURE AND GROW WITH SELF DEPENDENT ATTITUDE. • BRITISH PEOPLE ALSO INTRODUCED Divide and Rule. Also this generated one more system known as Buttering System. This is even today’s Big Obstacle to Change which takes more time after acquiring the solutions also. • OUR ANCIENT SCIENCE WAS IN SANSKRIT. BUT TODAY IT IS VERY RARELY FINDS SCIENCE WORDS IN SANSKRIT OR LOCAL LANGUAGES OF INDIA. OUR ALL SCIENCE BOOKS ARE HALF-KNOWLEDGE COPY OF WESTERN CONTRY; USA/ UK WRITERS IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE. INDIA IS CONTRY OF Villages and very few teachers they rightly understand English. SO Both Teacher and Student follow Copy Method (MUGUPING AND PUT FORMULA GET ANSWER TYPE). You will be surprised to know that more than 80% teachers don’t Understand and Feel the Meaning of conceptual Knowledge.

OUR PRESENT MANUFACTURING AND RESEARCH SCENARIOS OF INDIA

• EXCEPT IT SECTOR IT IS VERY POOR SYSTEMS IN MANUFACTURING AND RESEARCH. RESEARCH IS WEAK IN IT SECTOR ALSO. THIS SITUATION IS DUE TO POOR ANALYSIS AND INVOATION IN INDIA. Root cause of course Education System, Evaluation Systems, selection Systems. Another Major Cause is India has people of Big Range of Economic Status and Level which is Responsible for creating Negative Competition Culture, Jealous Nature with Guilty Feeling and Never Satisfied Growing People.

THOUGH FOLLOWING TWO STATEMENTS CONTRADICT EACH OTHER BUT IT IS TRUE IN INDIA. STATEMENT 1: ONE INDIAN IS EQUAL TO HUNDRED JAPANESE. STATEMENT 2: ONE JAPANESE IS EQUAL TO HUNDERED INDIANS.
