1. THE CONTENT OF THE CASE STUDY OUTPUT (CSO)
The group will be given five cases to study and analyze.
The five cases are as follows:
Decision-Making: Designing Dollars
Planning: Mastering the Plan…Priceless
Organizing: A New Kind of Structure
Leading: Radical Leadership
Controlling: Baggage Blunders
Each group will submit a Case Study Output CSO for all the five cases.
Each group will only present one assigned case with powerpoint presentation.

    Cell Structure and FunctionAbstractThis report is about cell structure and function. The cell is the basic unit of life. All living things are madeof cells. By doing this lab, I hoped to learn how a cell looked and how it functioned. The other objectives are preparing the gelatin as directed, gathering the household items that willserve as cell organelles, pouring the gelatin in the bag and placing the items in the plastic bags. Thenplace the cell replicas in the refrigerator for 24 hours.MethodsFirst, I turned on the stove to heat the three cups of water to boiling. While waiting on the water to boilI sprinkled the four gelatin packs on top of the one cup of cool water. After the water boiled, I poured itinto the bowl containing the cool water and gelatin powder. I then mixed the gelatin solution for fiveminutes until it was dissolved, after mixing it I poured it into a large bowl and placed it in therefrigerator for thirty minutes to cool slightly. While waiting for the gelatin to cool I placed the cellpieces in the bags. After waiting thirty minutes, I took the gelatin solution out and poured two cups ineach bag. After sealing the bags I placed the animal cell in a bowl and in the refrigerator, I placed theplant cell in a rectangular Tupperware dish…

    There is a wide range of application of biopolymers in medicine which include tissue engineering, wound healing, controlled release of drugs, post surgical treatments, etc. Their application in tissue engineering is mainly due to certain desirable qualities such as suitable surface morphology, mechanical properties, ease in processability and tailorability, degradability, etc. In the field of wound healing the traditional, less effective methods are being replaced by the use of biopolymeric scaffolds which are based on naturally occurring hyaluronic acid thus making it highly biocompatible. Similarly in the area of controlled release of drugs, for beneficial effects to occur, biopolymers are being employed in the form of gels which has yielded desirable results. Also for effective administration of hydrophobic drugs, biopolymers are used as an encapsulation to aid its proper dispersal. The traditional suturing materials require to be removed as they are not degradable or easily accepted by body cells. So to overcome these limitations biopolymeric materials especially shape memory polymers are used.
