BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
The study of human personality could very well be of the most significant studies for not only now but in the future as well. It is through understanding of ones personality and that will spell the difference between success and failure in dealing with them. An understanding of ones personality and of others can make the difference between satisfactory and unsatisfactory adjustment. Any student should develop an appreciation of the importance of speech. In one’s daily activity as a step toward better communication, it should be recognized that speech communication does not refer only to the public addresses. Although speaking is important, the person spends more time communicating in less formal speech situations. In our daily affairs, we exchange ideas with other people using a common language so that we can come up with our objectives of sharing. It is impossible for us to achieve our target. Personality can develop and evolve. The significance of this understanding is that you can still do something about your personality today, which means that if you think your personality needs to be changed or improved, then you can make this happen. With the help of good training every person can learn communication skills, different subjects, driving or computer operating. Similarly a training in personality development enhances the general as well as unique traits (characteristics which differentiate one from others) of a person. In any organization there’s a management. Management is the group of individuals who make decisions on how a business will run. It is an act of getting people together to accomplish their desires, goals and objectives. One of the primary responsibilities of management is making a plan in organization. Since organizations can be viewed as a system, management can also be defined as human action, including design, to facilitate the production of useful outcomes from a system this view opens the opportunity to “manage” oneself. The amount of a particular economic goods or services that a costumer or a group of consumers are willing to purchase at a given price. The demand curve is usually downward sloping, since consumers will want to buy more as price decreases. Demand for a good or service is determined by many different factors other than price, such as the price of substitute goods and complementary goods. In extreme cases demand maybe completely unrelated to price, or nearly infinite at a given price. Along with supply, demand is one of the two key determinants of the market price.
