A Case on Tissot
Ex.2 In a study done to assess the satisfaction level of current usage of a brand, a questionnaire was framed and administered through a judgmental sampling technique. The data were obtained from 50 respondents on Tissot users. These data are given in the following table which gives the, gender, usage, awareness, attitude, preference, intention loyalty and satisfaction toward Tissot. Questionnaire

1) Usage : Light user(1) Medium user(2) Heavy user(3)

2) Gender : Male (1) Female (2)

3) Awareness : High (1) Medium (2) Low(3)

4) Attitude : Positive Attitude (1) Neither Positive nor Negative (2)

Negative (3) Can’t Say ( 4)

5) Preference towards new model : HP( 3) Neutral(2) LP(1)

6) Intention to buy : Yes (1) No (2)

7) Loyalty towards the brand : 1= very unfavorable, 2= unfavorable, 3 = neither favorable nor unfavorable, 4= favorable, 5 = very favorable

8) Satisfaction of the brand : Not Satisfied ( 3), Neither Satisfied nor Dissatisfied (2), Satisfied (1)

The questionnaire is then coded directly from the response questionnaire, for class room purpose the data table is been given for 50 samples and for questions 9 and 10 your own data is required to enter in SPSS data view.
