Executive Summary

      “Your Sandwich” is a new  food cart business that serves fresh and healthy sandwiches. Strategically it will be located in two school campuses in San Carlos City, Pangasinan. One food cart will be placed in Talang High School and the other will be placed in SEPNAS.   It   will quickly become the premier snack destination, serving high school students. Your Sandwich will attract 30% new customers a year   and will reach profitability by the end of its second year.

      Your Sandwich has identified three keys that will be significant   in its success. The design and implementation of strict financial controls is the first to be considered, which will be important, since food cart business is quite competitive. The second to be considered is that it offers quality and healthy food to clearly stand out from others. The third key is the need to ensure high and proper visibility. Your Sandwich must have an effective marketing strategy to support the opening of the food cart   in order to ensure for the business to continue.

      Your Sandwich will offer the students /consumers a “choose your fillings” for  sandwiches, with a sago and gulaman for beverage. Kier bread will be used as a healthy, tasty foundation for the sandwiches. The customers will have the choice of   fillings such as all veges, vegechicken, and vegebeef   fillings.
