Google Inc. is an American multinational public corporation invested in Internet search, cloud computing, and advertising technologies. Google hosts and develops a number of Internet-based services and products and generates profit primarily from advertising through its AdWords program. The company was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin, often dubbed the "Google Guys", while the two were attending Stanford University as Ph.D. candidates. It was first incorporated as a privately held company on September 4, 1998, and its initial public offering followed on August 19, 2004.

(a) Why are companies like Chrysler now looking more favourably at the Internet as a great medium for their advertising dollars? What has happening to change their view? Internet or online advertising is well known as e-Marketing, web marketing and online marketing, is the marketing that for traders to publicize product and service online (Dhrub Raaj,2010).

The internet or online advertising have some examples that can using for the purpose of delivering massages to attract customers, there are posting advertisements on the manufacturer’s web pages, sponsorship website such as Google and Yahoo, social networking domains such as Blogging or Face book, web banner advertisement, pop up advertisement, search engine results pages, rich media ads and many more ( Wikipedia) . In all past, all kinds of the commercial advertisement was provided from television and radios. However, now a day , because of the rapid development in computer technology, there are almost 1/3 of the America United States household having high speed internet connections (broadband), so there are almost 239,893,60 Americans spent more time in internet surfing ( Internet World State). In 2010, spending on advertising was estimated at more than $300 billion in the United States and $500 billion in the world wide ( Wikipedia).

Besides this, internet advertising also is more cheaper than advertising through more traditional means such as newspapers, radio or television ( Mattk ). With a much less cost, the company or advertiser can advertise on the net for a wide range users and also for geographical area (Online Marketing Blog). Therefore, better branding also is the advantage of internet or online advertising. Because any form of the advertising program will help in improving the branding of the company or online advertiser service and product (Online Marketing Blog).

Internet advertising or marketing also can enables a good conversion tracking. It allows the company or online advertiser to track the number of impressions an ad get (how many people or internet users see it) and how many people or internet users visits their business website from the other particular ads, it is easily to see what kind of conversion rates internet advertisements are getting (Implied By Design Articles). Therefore, speed also is advantages of online advertising, because online or internet advertising is much faster than mass media (television and radio). It allow advertisers send out their own ads to wide audience and start their online advertisement campaign (Online Marketing Blog).

Many company or online marketers most likely using internet advertising because it is easy to use. So that, they no need to find or hire the service of advertising agencies to help them to create and buy advertisement space in the newspapers or television(Aastha Dogra).. Therefore, cost effective also is the one of the advantages in internet or online advertising.
