Hello Sir or Madam,
On behalf of the American Cancer Society, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read and consider this proposal. You may have seen from time to time some of our media campaigns in the past years and it is that time again for another one. We are currently in the process of setting up a major media campaign, with ads, both on television and on the radio. We also have plans in the works for a social media campaign as well for cancer awareness and to raise money for cancer research. Right now the American Cancer Society is in the process of contacting businesses such as yours to ask for funding contributions for this media campaign project.

As you may or may not already know the American Cancer Society has been around since 1913 and is not only the largest organization to promote cancer awareness and raise funds for cancer research, but they strive to continually be on the cutting edge of cancer research. The American Cancer Society is known all over the world and has helped people all over the world. The American Cancer Society will not rest until no one dies of cancer anymore. The American Cancer Society’s goal is to cure cancer by awareness of the disease and awareness of the treatments available for the disease.

This is main reason why the American Cancer Society has gone to such great lengths to get the process of setting up such an aggressive campaign on cancer awareness and research established and shown to the world. The American Cancer Society’s number 1 goal is to end cancer. This year we are trying to reach our set goal of 2 billion dollars of funding towards cancer awareness and patients and 4 billion dollars of funding for cancer research.
