Club IT

Club IT is the hottest new place for a night of fun and relaxation. The club has a wonderful atmosphere and the entertainment there is like no other. After going over the background of this new club and all that it takes to run it, I feel that I could offer some helpful new insights that might make the club better by giving new access to different things and making the job of running this club a little bit easier.
Since this club is one that has live music such as bands and other things like DJ’s, I believe that it would be in the best interest of the club owners to give these individuals access to the company intranet so they can be aware of all of the upcoming events and other things the club plans on doing for their guests. With this new access the bands and DJ’s will be able to see beforehand what is coming up and be able to prepare for a better show that is more for the specific criteria. For example, if the club is promoting a “Latin Night”, the bands and DJ’s will be able to prepare for that particular event. They will be able to practice or learn new music and DJ’s can prepare a specific mix just for that event. This will attract more guests to the club especially if they are coming for that reason alone. When the entertainment is good, more people want to come and see the show or enjoy the night at that place.
When it comes to the money side of things, I believe that adding a new system for accounting so the owners can see right then how the business did on any given night and even see where their weaknesses are. After the remodel, they should be able to make the money back for the project and then also make a little more because the atmosphere is significantly better than before. Also, with something like this, they will be able to see immediately where and when they will have more money for any other remodels in the future that they feel will help support and bring more business....
