What are some thing’s the government can change to prevent corruption in the
prison system?   There are several laws/ policy and procedures that the government
can convey to help prevent corruption in the prison system. First, the government can
ratify equal rights in the prison system in American.   Second, the principle of
independent prison inspections should determine what changes each prison would
maintain as a balanced account of conditions in prison establishments . Additionally,
the government should make their first priority of corruptions with recommendations on
areas for improvement.
Statistics show that the United States has the highest incarceration rate

throughout the world. Incarceration in the United States is a concurrent power

under the Constitution of the United States, which means that prisons are operated

under strict authority of both the federal and state governments.

Overpopulation in the prison system in the United States is within a state of disarray. There is no set determination for this statistically overpopulation.   These grounds are not safe because of a high perplexity of crime by inmates occupied fully.

My first article “Corruption In the Criminal Justice” informs and enlightens its readers on why there are so many citizens being imprisoned today.   Many have heard the numbers and statistics but don’t realize that the number of inmates being incarcerated is growing at a steady rate.     This is not good for the American Society.
Having a safe and secure prison system is definitely a strength that must be maintained.   Being committed to public safety is the mission of the American government of Criminal Justice.   Justice must be served and preserved.   The rights of crime victims must be acknowledged and uphold.
