Whether or not working at home is more productive and convenient than at regular offices has arisen a controversy among the general public. Numerous individuals reckon that traditional mean is still overwhelming in the new era whereas others hold a firm belief that the telecommunication generates better results from home. From my perspective, I am in favor of the latter as it is beneficial for both employers and employees.
Firstly, the indirect functioning induces favorable working conditions for workers, which will considerably enhance their performances. It is apparent that this approach aids them to evade obstacles such as commuting time, office stress or surrounding pressures without a slightest change in productivities. Furthermore, flexible times grant them the opportunity to cover several extra jobs which will predispose to larger income. Therefore, along with the development of wireless network, more and more employees have shifted from offices to home to enjoy those trendy benefits.
Secondly, the employer has been increasingly inclined to this modern procedure thanks to its two advantages. To begin with, it is more profitable for them since their bills for hired offices were dramatically saved and their workers who chose to stay at home paid for devices such as computers, fax and phones by themselves. Another noteworthy point is the chief probably recruits labors who are proficient but impractical to leave home to work such as women with small children or the cripple. For all these above reasons, performing at home is more reasonable and prosperous than the custom mean in the modern ages.
