As an organization who believes that the employees are the most valuable asset of the organization it concerns the well being of its employees while getting the maximum out of them.

To achieve the organizational objectives in this competitive world of market employees have a major responsibility. In order to achieve them Managers expect more work related involvement from their employees. While achieving the “more” to fulfill the expectations of Managers will it damage the lives of their employees or does the employees willingly get the burden of more work….. Can’t we take the positive side of it as work- life balance improvements of employees can increase their productivity?

The Organization consists of 24 hour Call Centre, Customer Care Centers, Billing, Credit and Collection department, a comprehensive Sales and Marketing channel and a reliable technical team with administrative staff such as Finance, Procurement, HR and etc.
